Nero

A member of elite Tsviets; he is often referred to as "Nero the Sable."His figure can never be seen clearly since his body is always enshrouded in darkness. This darkness can engulf most anything , but he also has the ability to draw thing back out from the nether. it is believed thats his restraining outfit is to keep his power under control.

Rosso

A member of hte tsviets whose body is stained crimson. She moves with the elegance and speed of a panther, and can shoot airwave from her hands. She is ferocious and unstable. Her dream is to see the world devoid all of human life.

Azul

A member of tsviets , his appearance has earned him the title of " Azul The Cerulean." His greatest love is battle, and his awe-inspiring power allow him to weild a tank's canon as if it were a toy.

Shelke

Althought her appearance is that of a10-year-old-girl, Shelke is actually a member of the tsviets, an elite Deepground unit. Her specialities include the ability to dive into virtual network and weild two EM sabers in combat. She is working closely with Azul in the search Vincent's whereabouts.

Shalua Rui

One of the most brilliant scientists of WRO's technical division. She has been fighting againts Shinra since before joining WRO. She has a prosthetic arm due to losing her left arm in a previous battle . Some of her internal organs ahd to be replaced with artifical organ as a result of past struggles as well.

Reeve Tuesti

The former head of Shinra's Urban Development Department. He indirectly traveled with Cloud's party three years ago by controlling Cait Sith.

He is currently Serving as the commisioner of the World Regenesis Organization (WRO),a group devoted to helping the planet recover from the meteorfall tragedy and standing againts those who would threaten the world agan

Cait Sith

A self-proclaimed fortune-telling robot with a unique accent.

He traveled with Cloud's party to see the result of his fortune-telling but was actually a spy controlled by the head of Shinra's Urban Development Department,Reeve Tuesti. However, he was moved by Cloud's action and became a double spy and loyal party member.

After fall of Shinra Electric Power Company, he stayed active as an alter ego of one of the member in a groups devoted to helping the planet to recover, the World Regenesis Organization (WRO).

Yuffie Kisaragi

A young ninja from the distant land of wutai. Three years ago she became entangled with Cloud and his companions during he search for materia. She is away from homeland and has been (somewhat) forced into joining the World Regenesis Organization (WRO). She is in charge of espionage and intelligance gathering.
